COMPETITION NOW CLOSED
We are giving two people the chance to win an awesome trip to watch the ABB Formula E season 18/19 finale – on the 13th & 14th July in New York, New York! We’re talking return flights (carbon offset naturally!), a hotel and tickets to the event itself.
As many of you will know, we have really got into this season’s ABB Formula E Championship. Is it because we have sponsored British Formula E driver Alexander Sims? Or is it because the sport is showcasing the future of e-mobility at its best, on a global stage? The answer is probably a bit of both…
Not only is he a bona fide racing car driver who races electric vehicles (EVs) for a living, he’s a huge renewables and clean tech advocate and an all-round nice guy. Oh, and did we mention that he’s a trustee of a renewable tech charity too? Alexander is our kind of guy – he’s walking the walk and talking the talk. You can read more about our partnership with Alexander here.
It’s safe to say that we think EVs are the future, which is why we’ve designed our EV tariff and offer best in class EV chargers to our members – we want to make it as easy as possible for the UK transition to a low carbon future. So you can imagine that the sport that really pushes the boundaries of what EVs can do is pretty much a match made in heaven for us - plus the cars look a bit like the Batmobile, how cool is that?! And with Formula E using things like fanboost to engage with fans, they really are getting people all over the world on board with the electric rEVolution.
